PadovaCard is valid 48 or 72 hours from the start date and hour that you specify at purchase.
It is valid for one adult and a child under 14. It is personal, non transferable and no refund if lost or stolen.
It must be shown, when asked by the ticket inspector or at the ticket offices of the single attractions, with an identity card.
It is valid only if fully filled out.

The lack of fruition of any of the benefits listed in this brochure gives no right of refund.
