Villa with attached rural complex of considerable importance since it is present in the historical land registers and the maps of the end '700, including Rizzi-Zannoni map. In good condition, it is still in use. Its value comes from the fact that over the year there has not been action on the original plan, so you can still clearly see the structure consists of main building, home of the steward and the perimeter wall; this is, among other things, the only case in which the latter is preserved. There are still guessed the main entrance, the avenue leading to the villa and then continues, opening a second gate from the opposite side, on the countryside.
The complex was erected by the Pisani dal Banco family, the same whose descendants (the Bishop Francesco and the nephew Alvise) created Villa Vescovi in Luvigliano and that, following the reunification with the branch of the “Moretta” in the mid '700, for not to disperse the common heritage, fractioning it, they built Villa Pisani in Stra. We speak about the same family Pisani, owner of mills entrusted to the management of the Piacentini family (see, always in Selvazzano Dentro, Palazzo Piacentini).
