In 1966, in an alley just steps from The Basilica of St. Anthony, Giovanni Faggian started the Restaurant "Al Fagiano" which offered typical specialties of Venetian cuisine.
For fourteen years the company, which in the name jokingly remembers its founder, was taken over by Rossetti brothers.
From the hotel Institute of Abano Terme and in major restaurants in the area and international which they have specialized, brothers Rossetti still offer the typical dishes of the Venetian culinary accompanied by an extensive wine list.
Gourmets can enjoy in the restaurant also, by reservation, menu of seafood and haute cuisine prepared with care and refinement.
Andrea Rossetti, despite his young age, in fact, can boast numerous awards kitchen.
In 2008 he won first place in the competition chef of Veneto, while in early 2009 the gold in a national competition held in "Erba" (Lombardy) cooks and the bronze medal in a national competition of kitchen in Toscana.
