Untitled Turismo Padova Terme Euganee was founded in 2003 by the Provincial Administration and given the competence for the entire territory of Padua and its Province with regard to hospitality, assistance, information and tourist promotion.
The main responsibilities of Turismo Padova Terme Euganee are twofold: on the one hand provision of information and accommodation of tourists, assistance to tour operators, journalists and communication professionals; and on the other hand the promotion of the cultural, natural and artistic treasures of the Paduan territory.
Furthermore it continuously collects and elaborates the statistical data concerning the tourist fluxes in the area.
The new strategic plan for tourism in the Paduan province was launched in October 2004 with the involvement of Turismo Padova Terme Euganee, and 140 operators from the territory, among which the Chamber of Commerce, the municipalities of Abano and Montegrotto, the Regional Park of the Euganean Hills, and many other public and private operators of the tourism industry.
