Second edition of OPSA in Prato (June 20-23): food village, music and sports to talk about inclusion!

Last year, bringing a social and health facility dedicated to the frail, and all that it represents, to the most beautiful square in the city to offer the triptych good food-entertainment-reflection, was a gamble. This year, with renewed enthusiasm and with an even closer collaboration with the Municipality of Padua, the Opera della Provvidenza S. Antonio is repeating the experience: from Friday 20 to Monday 23 June OPSA returns to Prato, with a gastronomic village particularly dedicated to fish and bigoli as the main dish (every evening from 6 to 11 pm, Saturday and Sunday also from 11 am to 3 pm), and events with two particular strands: music every day and inclusive sport, to which the entire day of Sunday 22 will be dedicated.

Theater, instead, for the inaugural event (Friday at 6 pm): the DanceAbility show Linfa vitale at the Studio Teologico. The goal is to stimulate, through entertainment, a reflection on the theme of inclusion: if last year, in fact, the slogan was Imp-perfezioni di qualita, this year it accompanies the event Creatori di speranza, which is also the invitation with which the Opera della Provvidenza welcomes the pilgrims who visit it in 2025, as a diocesan jubilee site. Doing and promoting inclusion means welcoming and respecting the fragilities of each person, helping them to build and carry forward their own life project: this is the „OPSA style“ that will be brought and presented in different forms during the four days in Prato, and which also finds visualization in the original illustrations by Alberto Marescotti that accompany the official graphics. Also this year OPSA in Prato is part of the initiatives of Giugno Antoniano.
