Celebrating its 100th birthday in 2019: Campionaria Padova<\/b><\/a><\/u><\/span> is the oldest “indoor” fair in Italy whose history is closely linked to the events of the city. First held in 1919 between Prato della Valle, Palazzo della Ragione and Scuola Selvatico, in 1921 it moved to via Tommaseo, in the first permanent Italian exhibition area. For over 100 years this trade fair held in the month of May has represented a moment of great celebration for residents and tourists, with a wide variety of items ranging from crafts to clothing, food, furniture, beauty products and automotive. After the 2020 stop due to the health emergency, the next appointment with Campionaria Padova is set for 2021.<\/p>\n

Among the “historical” fairs in Padova there is also Tuttinfiera<\/b><\/a><\/u><\/span>, which is approaching its 40th anniversary: the colourful Passion Fair is held in the first weekend of November attracting thousands of visitors every year.<\/p>\n
