The program La Sfera Danza International Festival draws inspiration from Homer’s quote with the aim of attracting our talents who act across borders to the national territory.
The aim is to give rise to new collaborations by encouraging mobility, circulation of works and internationalization processes.
This year, in particular, is proposed as a hymn to values, a journey in search of one’s roots, enhancing friendship, integration, tolerance, hospitality, in dialogue with other cultures, without neglecting the theme of identity, all this through the free expression of creativity.
The culture of dance can be felt as a strength and rebirth to build a fertile field of action on which to move together and start new relationships, in a multicultural and integrative vision that starts from Italy and opens up to shared and inclusive journeys.
The Festival offers a rich calendar of live shows, urban performances, open rehearsals, meetings with choreographers and dancers, choreographic workshops, masterclasses and more, to offer the public the opportunity for an all-encompassing, broad and engaging experience.
Gabriella Furlan Malvezzi the event director, she is a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer graduated at the Royal Academy of Dancing in London.
