Sunday’s Concerts

The Solisti Veneti directed by Giuliano Carella Conceived by Maestro Claudio Scimone and presented by I Solisti Veneti for the first time in 1966, “I Concerti della Domenica” were created to involve the citizens of Padua and a wider audience new to classical music.

They are held every year in the autumn period, on Sunday, in the morning and have a very low entry price which facilitates the participation of senior citizens, families with children and students.

Constantly renewed in content but stable in formula, the concert cycle abandons any rigid formalism and involves the public thanks to its informative and didactic nature and the interventions of the conductor, musicians and guests who introduce and illustrate the various compositions on the program .
