From Thursday 15 May to 26 June the fourth edition of “Musica sotto gli archi”, an open-air spring concert series organised by the Fondazione Musicale Omizzolo Peruzzi in the portico of Palazzo Sambonifacio, a splendid, finely restored fifteenth-century building, already elected by the Paduan public as the summer lounge.
The concerts begin at 8:15 p.m., after the traditional welcome by President Luisa San Bonifacio and the introduction by Artistic Director Vitale Fano. A highly suggestive and pleasant context, next to the lush and well-kept garden, with excellent acoustics: a musical experience lived outdoors in the mild climate of May and June and the sweetness of twilight, with excellent musicians who play highly selected music live.
The festival is organized by the Omizzolo Peruzzi Musical Foundation in co-production with the Guido Alberto Fano Ets Musical Archive of Venice, with the contribution of the Ministry of Culture and the patronage of the Municipality of Padua.
