With this cultural event we have chosen to dedicate a space to gender violence because in today’s society there is an extreme need to correctly name violence and to find civil and balanced testimony with respect to traumatic events, individual and collective, which affect families.

The challenge becomes the use of all collective spaces (in this case an Art Gallery) to contribute to the establishment of a “new social pact”, through the commitment and daily responsibility of each one, in order to limit the expression of discomfort and latent emotional-relational needs, trying to identify the most suitable interventions to bring out the most vital and evolving part of our contemporary society.

The event will be held during the painting exhibition Post Scriptum – Intreccio tra Alberi e Femminilità on Thursday 12.09.24 from 6.00pm to 7.00pm at the Art Gallery ‘Artisti in vetrina’.
