OPSA in Prato: from 20 to 23 June, a gastronomic village, cooking show, talk and music on the “imp-perfections of quality” OPSA in Prato, in fact, intends to enhance imperfection and sustainability in a rich program that revolves around food, but also starts from it as a metaphor to promote the fight against waste and marginalization, solidarity sharing and recovery, all characteristics that are found in the mission of the Opera della Provvidenza S. Antonio.
The main dish of the menu will be bigoli with different sauces, prepared at the press according to tradition by the Confraternita dei Bigoi al Torcio di Limena.
The choice is completed by other typical second courses from the Veneto selected by Mazzucato Group (cuttlefish in tocio with polenta, Vicenza-style cod, fried food) and a second veg (mozzarella and tomato skewer), as well as seafood appetizers, side dishes and, of course, dessert. There will also be numerous musical contributions during OPSA in Prato.
Solidarity… by surprise In Prato at the OPSA gazebo, with a small donation in favor of the structure, you can receive a SorPRENDIMI bag, a real “surprise solidarity shopping”. The products contained (food and non-food), which will be discovered only by opening the bag, were donated by some partners specifically for OPSA in Prato.
