Villa Molin owes its name to the Venetian Republic ambassador Nicolò Molin, who in 1597 commissioned the celebrated architect Vincenzo Scamozzi to design his splendid country villa.
Ideally located between the centre of Padua and the Euganean Hills, Villa Molin is elegantly reflected in the waters of the Battaglia canal, still preserving its original appearance.
The villa will welcome you among its splendidly frescoed rooms to take you on a journey through time in a combination of art and nature that will engage all the senses and make you experience an unforgettable moment.

Living History with reenactors from Il Mondo Novo History Fragments
Villa Molin dedicates a day to the fashion and beauty of the 1700s.
The Cultural-Historical Association Il Mondo Novo History Fragments will offer an exciting journey through the evolution of 18th-century fashion.
From the baroque inspired by the Sun King, to the refined elegance of Louis XV’s style, to the egalitarian fashion of the last decade, ravaged by the outbreak of the French Revolution, which will have repercussions on customs and habits throughout Europe.
Ample basket dresses, elaborate hairstyles and rich jewelry will be the stars of this day of elegance, refinement and joie de vivre from an era so far away and yet so close to our own.
Re-enactors from all over northern Italy will meet at Villa Molin in splendid gowns to reveal the secrets of fashion and beauty of the time.
