One hundred years ago Franz Kafka died, and on this there are not too many doubts. On everything else, doubts abound and contradictions rain down, because Kafka is an author of paradox. In particular, let us ask ourselves: if Kafka is dead, how do we fare? Because we too will probably end up like Kafka sooner or later.
For the centenary celebrations of Franz Kafka’s death, an actress and an actor, in an ironic, surreal and fragmented dialogue with the audience, analyse and criticise the very concept of artistic celebration, using Kafka’s imagery to trigger reflections on our hyper-digitalised late-capitalist historical period, in which culture is increasingly stagnating due to the influence of branding, and artistic experimentation is lost in a welter of autobiographical and self-flagellation.

Admission for the show: €12* excluding pre-sale costs
The shows are reserved for ARCI members.
The membership card, costing €10, is valid for one year and grants access to all scheduled events: shows, concerts and theatre readings.
