On Friday, May 17, the last event of the musical review “Scatola Sonora” before the summer break, the protagonist is the guitar in a special chamber formation: baritone Jonas Müller, together with the Tomasi-Musso Guitar Duo. On the program is the transcription, by guitarists Marco Musso and Davide Tomasi themselves, of Franz Schubert’s Winterreise, one of the Viennese composer’s most poignant works, written from Wilhelm Müller’s poems dedicated to the wayfarer who, rejected by his beloved woman, embarks on his lonely journey in the cold winter.

Listening introduction by Giacomo Susani, who will also present a preview of the 4th International Guitar Festival “Homenaje,” starting in September 2024.
