The Scatola Sonora of Barco Teatro becomes a treasure chest of some of the most beautiful melodies of the Italian 17th century: soprano Carlotta Colombo and the ensemble on historical instruments Anima&Corpo, led by Gabriele Pro, offer the audience of Barco Teatro a selection of Italian composers at the grapple with a theme as old as man: the pains of love. Between arias and laments, the ensemble will delight the audience with Toccatas and Sonatas for violin and basso continuo or for solo voice. Introduction to listening by Carlo Emilio Tortarolo.

Saturday 7 December at 6.30 p.m. ‘PROGETTO RESIDENZE ERRANTI’ Concert by the wandering artists of stage III: the guitar of EMANUELE PAULETTA and CALLTOARts.
RESIDENZE ERRANTI is an artistic project born in 2023, conceived and organised by the collaboration of BarcoTeatro/ Festival Homenaje (Padua) and Centro Asteria/ Festival Corde d’Autunno (Milan). The supervisors/managing directors of the project are guitarists Marco Ramelli, Enrica Savigni and Giacomo Susani, who collaborate with several important guitarists of international renown. The project offers participation grants to young professional guitarists with the aim of providing support in the realisation of a personal artistic project, either solo or in collaboration with other artists.
The ‘Wandering Artists’ perform at venues in Milan and Padua with free concerts presenting their artistic projects to the public.
