On Saturday 4 January, Villa Molin opens its doors for a guided tour of the villa and park at 2.30 p.m.
It will be a fascinating journey through four centuries of history and art!
Ideally located between the centre of Padua and the Euganean Hills, Villa Molin is elegantly reflected in the waters of the Battaglia canal, still retaining its original appearance faithful to the 1597 design by Vincenzo Scamozzi.
The villa will welcome you among its splendidly frescoed rooms to take you on a journey through time in a combination of art and nature.
The villa was built by the ambassador of the Serenissima, Niccolò Molin to Vincenzo Scamozzi and is one of the best examples of a perfectly preserved Venetian villa.
An expert guide in local history and architecture will accompany you on a guided tour of both the interior and exterior of the villa.
