Arthouse Cinema with “Arthouse Wednesdays” at the Piccolo Teatro
Starting Wednesday, October 1st, arthouse cinema returns to the Piccolo Teatro on Via Asolo (Paltana area) at 9:15 pm with “Arthouse Wednesdays,” a series of quality film screenings, sponsored by the City of Padua, which each month features a wide selection of titles from Italy and around the world.
The curator, Arianna Prevedello, presents these events, now unmissable for many Paduans. Films that escape the dictates of the market but endure, that touch hearts and minds, and that bring reflections and expertise that are never lacking in the pre- and post-film insights. “Arthouse Wednesdays” at the Piccolo Teatro go beyond the definition of a film festival or film club; they are, first and foremost, friendship, community, caring, and people who draw a substantial part of the nourishment a good life requires from cinema.
