The Italian agricultural system is today faced with a decisive challenge: to regenerate value in rural areas, countering depopulation and marginality while responding to a growing demand for sustainability, authenticity, and well-being.
In this context, the project “Italy with the Horse” is born, which will be presented on the occasion of Horse Green Day, scheduled on April 27 at Palazzo della Ragione in Padua. The initiative proposes an innovative model of territorial development in which the horse becomes a symbol and engine of a sustainable rural economy.
Not just equestrian tourism, but an integrated system that combines multifunctional agriculture, local supply chains, slow tourism, landscape protection, and promotion of rural culture, along with qualified training and research pathways.
At the heart of the project is the creation of a catalog of authentic experiences designed for those seeking a deep connection with nature and the territory. Activities with horses, experiences on farms, discovery of local products, and direct encounters with rural communities will offer young people, families, and travelers a new and engaging way to experience the truest Italy.
An invitation to rediscover the territories through emotions, relationships, and traditions that make our rural identity unique.
