The Planetarium and the Accademia dell’Affresco Association, in collaboration with the Municipality of Padua, are organizing a comprehensive calendar of events for the summer season 2026 at the ex Macello cathedral. The public will have the opportunity to discover the natural and architectural beauty of this unique place adjacent to the 16th-century walls of Padua, recently restored and involved in future enhancement projects.

Visitors can relax by participating in various cultural activities, scientific outreach, and practical and artistic knowledge that will take place in the “Cattedrale” exhibition building of the Planetarium, on the Bastions of the city walls renamed “of the Stars,” and in the adjacent outdoor spaces, visiting artistic, scientific, and astronomical exhibitions, actively participating in free trial workshops for fresco and other artistic disciplines, as well as various conferences, presentations, and promotional activities.

It will also be possible to enroll in courses of various kinds (art, astronomy, music) and in-depth studies, to book presentations in the Planetarium, astronomical observation nights, and other paid activities.
