LU5TRO: five years as a World Heritage Site

On July 24, 2021, the Fresco Cycles of the 14th century in Padua were inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and five years after this occasion, the World Heritage Office of the City of Padua, in collaboration with the Civic Museums, is organizing and promoting “LU5TRO, five years of World Heritage“, a day of initiatives dedicated to the city.

On the anniversary day, Friday, July 24, the Oratory of San Michele, Palazzo della Ragione, and the Eremitani Museum will be open for free to all visitors.

In the afternoon, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Hypogeum Hall of the Eremitani Museum (entrance from piazza Eremitani 8) will host “LU5TRO – Sounds and images for World Heritage“, a continuous video projection that recounts five years of activities, meetings, and discoveries around the theme of UNESCO. Admission is free and complimentary.
