21Art Padova presents Ancestral Energies.Transformations of Mind and Matter, a solo exhibition by Emma Talbot (Stourbridge, 1969), one of the most original voices in British art, winner of the Max Mara Art Prize for Women in 2020.
Curated by Cesare Biasini Selvaggi, the exhibition is open to the public from September 25, 2026 to January 30, 2027 and brings to Italy for the first time a series of paintings on silk created by the artist between 2023 and 2025.
The exhibition offers a profound reflection on the visceral and philosophical nature of transformation, understood as a perpetual flow that unites human experience and the matter of the natural world. The works on display integrate figuration, abstraction, and decorative motifs to map the invisible dynamics that traverse space and psyche.
21Art Padova (Palazzo Colonne, via San Francesco 34, Padova) is open to the public on the following days and times: from Tuesday to Saturday 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.; closed for the holidays from December 22, 2026 to January 6, 2027.
