We invite you to visit with us a pleasant and precious place for the historical, cultural, and religious tradition of our city: the Church of San Gaetano.
The Church of San Gaetano, dedicated to Saints Simeon, Jude, and Bartholomew the apostles, is however known by the name of the founder of the Theatine order, Saint Gaetano Thiene. A work by the architect artist Vincenzo Scamozzi, featuring splendid external and internal architectural lines and rich in frescoes and paintings of remarkable workmanship.
The imposing façade with two orders is divided into five zones by large pilasters that support the entablature and the attic; the statues in the niches date back to the 18th century.
