Padua adheres to the Regional Day of River Tourism offering tours along the navigable canals!
Officially established by the Region of Veneto, the second edition of the Regional Day of River Tourism will take place on Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19, 2026.
The project arises with the clear intention to recognize, enhance, and promote river tourism, supporting communities. Promoting river tourism means paying attention to a sustainable tourism offer where the appeal is based on the heritage of landscape, natural, historical, cultural, productive, sporting, and food and wine resources that characterize the riverside communities.
The Region of Veneto, in collaboration with the Regional Unpli Veneto Committee, invites you to experience the most picturesque corners of the regional territory to celebrate together the Regional Day of River Tourism.
Discover the walls of Padua from an unusual perspective, sailing in an electric boat along the city canals. A guided experience, accompanied by the Padua Walls Committee, that allows you to closely observe the historic fortifications from the water, amid history, architecture, and urban landscape.
