MAR 8, 2026
Other

The duo formed by Benedetta Zanotto and Axel Trolese will be the highlight of the concert Sunday in Music 2026, scheduled for Sunday, March 8, at 11 AM at the Sala dei Giganti at Liviano, Padova.
Soprano Benedetta Zanotto, after graduating in violin from the Conservatorio di Castelfranco Veneto, became passionate about and dedicated herself to Baroque singing, graduating in this field from the Conservatorio di Rovigo in 2025, with the highest marks and honors.

Pianist Axel Trolese, “a musician characterized by sophisticated research, impeccable control of dynamics and timbre, and endowed with a strong interpretative individuality” – as specified in the Honor Mention – already has several concerts and music festivals to his credit.

The concert program is very rich and varied. Great emphasis is placed on French music, in a broad painting that spans from the seventeenth century, with pages by Lambert and Charpentier, to the period between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries with the music of Debussy, Fauré, and Hahn. The program also includes compositions by Purcell, Liszt, Respighi, and Castelnuovo-Tedesco.

The concert has been organized in collaboration with CIDIM ETS (Comitato Italiano Nazionale Musica ETS).

Tickets: Students and Young (under 35) € 5 – Full € 10

Tickets can be purchased: from the website of the Friends of Music, from Gabbia Dischi, via Dante 8, Padova, until 6:30 PM on the Saturday before, on the morning of the concert at the box office of Sala dei Giganti from 10:30 AM.
