On one side Friuli-Venezia Giulia, on the other Slovenia. They share a strong identity trait: intense color, high acidity, great versatility with food, and a strong personality that can be remembered.
The speaker: Liliana Savioli, journalist, sommelier, international tasting expert, teacher, and Knight of the Vitovska.
The tasting will be accompanied by a platter of selected cured meats and cheeses from Claudia Fioraso, chef of Barco Teatro.
