Discovering wild herbs!

Edible wild herbs are a valuable resource for a healthy diet: rich in vitamins and minerals, they grow spontaneously without human intervention, offering an authentic connection to nature.

Over the centuries, the use of these plants in cooking has created an extraordinary cultural heritage, passed down from generation to generation.

Through these meetings, you will learn to recognize, collect, and use some of the edible herbs in our territory, rediscovering an ancient and precious knowledge.

Wednesdays, March 18 and 25 at the Associations Headquarters, Room 8 in Campodarsego.
