Crossing streets and theaters, bookstores and rivers, it fractures habit and sets the city in motion again. It is in this space, between what is and what could be, that the tenth edition of Irruzioni – Widespread Festival of Urban Adventures takes shape.
Irruzioni crosses Padua from March 25 to 28, 2026, with its load of shows, dialogues, performances, water parades, concerts, and collective practices.

This year’s theme is “fiction,” a distorting mirror that sometimes protects, at other times deceives (others or oneself), but that can also open up possibilities for knowledge, help confront the present, interrogate the past, and imagine the future. In a time when reality and narrative continuously overlap, fiction is not just escapism, but a critical device: a tool through which to read the world and, perhaps, rewrite it.

As usual, the Festival will be preceded by a series of previews.
