The Olmo delle Acquette canal, mostly underground by now, winds semi-hidden between medieval walls, Renaissance palaces, and the more secluded gardens of our city.
Listening to the detailed arguments of architect and urban planner Francesco Graziani, we will follow the ancient traces of the canalization, starting from the Specola and reaching Riviera Businello, thus immersing ourselves in enchanting and unusual glimpses of a Padua of bygone times. It will be a unique and unrepeatable opportunity, as we will have private gates and doors opened exclusively for us, in search of the most hidden traces of the riverine Padua.
Meeting at 2:45 PM sharp at Riviera Paleocapa 70 in front of the Methis Hotel
Duration of the visit (indicative) 2 hours, comfortable footwear is recommended
