The institution is among the finalists of the 2024 “European Museum of the Year Award”:
“In its halls, the testimony of a glorious past and the springboard to the future”
The objects of the Museum have “biographies” that intertwine both with the history of the University of Padua and with the developments of science from the Renaissance to the 20th century and beyond.
The Giovanni Poleni Museum invites adults and families on an extraordinary journey to discover the history of physics, with various events exceptionally included in the admission ticket to the Museum.
