Special themed visit Purim, in-depth look at the Meghillat Esther of Padua and final snack.

On Sunday, March 15, at 11 AM and 4 PM, we look forward to seeing you at the Museum for a special visit dedicated to Purim, one of the most significant events in the Jewish tradition.

The Museum will tell the precious 18th-century Padovan scroll to guide you through the story of Queen Esther: a tale of courage, destiny, and salvation that still resonates today. Through images, symbols, and words, we will explore the occasion of Purim to understand its deeper meanings and the traditions that make it unique.

We will conclude together with a convivial moment, tasting the typical Purim sweets, the Haman’s Ears. You will also have the chance to enrich the experience with a guided visit to the Synagogue where a part of the scroll will be read, thanks to an immersive and engaging audio experience. A moment of reflection and sharing among history, symbols, and traditions.

The event lasts about 1h and 30m and is suitable for all audiences.
