In the home of the mature couple Piero and Ortensia, the cumbersome presence of the mother-in-law Palmira, now passed on, is still felt. Ortensia is firmly determined to reconnect with her mother and turns to self-proclaimed spiritists.
Meanwhile, Piero takes advantage of Ortensia’s distraction to find solace in the arms of other women. A comedy that is a whirlwind of unexpected events and intrigues.
