Come and discover the Museum of Roman Centuriation in Borgoricco on Sunday, November 6th: there is an initiative just for you!
The guided tour is a true immersion in the history of the area, told with charm and grace by a specialized archaeologist. You will uncover the secrets of a distant world, yet still deeply connected to the territory and the present. Where do most of the artifacts come from? How was the house organized in Roman times? How did they construct the centuriations and what tools did they use? These are just a few of the curiosities you will discover during the interactive guided tour. The museum’s rooms are spacious and welcoming; the setup is particularly well thought out, with colorful paths and additional informative captions. And that’s not all: the Museum is set in a context of extraordinary architectural importance, designed by Aldo Rossi. There is a world to discover inside and outside the museum!
And it doesn’t end there! Just after the guided tour, there will be a concert dedicated to young and old with the Anton Choir of Mogliano Veneto and the White Hands Choir of Veneto from Vedelago. The proceeds will go to charity.
