It is the end-of-summer concert event. An appointment with great music that reconnects ties with the past and remembers Adriano Vettore, one of the best Italian bluesmen, an exceptional guitarist and a splendid voice, who passed away in 2013.
On the twelfth anniversary of Vettore’s passing, the Camposampiero Music Fest has become a fixed appointment in the cultural programming of Camposampiero, which, over the years, continues to honor its illustrious musician with high-quality musical events capable of attracting genre enthusiasts.
The initiative stems from the collaboration between Proloco and the Municipal Administration with the involvement of family members, colleagues, friends, and musicians who played with Vettore.
This year, the artistic choice has fallen on WILLY MAZZER & THE Headhunters Blues Band, a band that best interprets the musical legacy and tastes of Vettore and his audience.
At the center of the scene, the harmonica of Willy Mazzer, whose album Cotton, Jute & Silk has recently been released, containing 14 songs, a feature-length work made of blues and much more.
The story of Mazzer is already in the books of Italian blues. From his past alongside Rudy Rotta and Tolo Marton, his is a story of continuous evolution and study, of which the album is a living testimony.

WILLY MAZZER
He began playing the harmonica by listening to records by Muddy Waters, Sonny Boy Williamson II, and Paul Butterfield. Present on the Blues scene since the ’80s, he is appreciated for his warm and powerful sound. He has played and collaborated with: Tolo Marton, Sugar Blue, Enrico Crivellaro, Rudy Rotta, James Thompson, Arthur Miles, Valerie Wellington, Champion Jack Duprè, Luisiana Red, Carey Bell, Karen Carroll, Larry Johnson, Lovie Lee, Maisha Grant, Pippo Guarnera, Francesco Bearzatti, Eugenio Finardi, Oliver Mally, Joakim Tinderholt…etc.
