Padova debut of the Guzzo – Fejérvári duo on Tuesday, March 3, at 8:15 PM at the Pollini Auditorium, for the 69th Concert Season of the Friends of Music of Padova. The two artists, both in their solo performances and in duo, captivate audiences worldwide with their thrilling interpretations and are among the most interesting artists of the new generation of musicians.
For the concert program, Guzzo and Fejérvári have chosen to perform three Sonatas by Brahms (op. 78, op. 100, and op. 108), a composer particularly congenial to them, given the allure that Hungarian music always had on the great composer. The three sonatas have also recently been recorded by the duo for Hungaroton. Completing the program is the Sonata in B minor by Ottorino Respighi from 1916/17.
Open rehearsal at 10:30 AM, Pollini Auditorium.
