We have organized this evocative evening walk through the iconic places of Padua, linked to the mysterious figure of Ezzelino III da Romano.
Man of his time, Ezzelino lived in a bloody era, but he possessed a keen intelligence and far-sighted visions that led him to unite a region divided into numerous fiefs, religious principalities, and ecclesiastical orders. Often forgotten by history, probably due to the label of “son of the devil,” he is nonetheless a complex political figure, worthy of attention and further study.
The walk will wind through the streets of central Padua among alleys, palaces, and squares
