A beautifully set table is a place of gathering, and around a beautifully set table, magic can happen: the willingness to listen increases, the dialogue is genuine, and diversity becomes a world to discover and then embrace. Conviviality, therefore, paves the way for inclusion: this is the spirit with which the Opera della Provvidenza S. Antonio proposes the third edition of OPSA in Prato, scheduled from Thursday, September 17 to Sunday, September 20, with the established format of the gastronomic village accompanied by numerous entertainment and cultural events.

“Bìgoliamo” is the slogan that accompanies the 2026 edition, to emphasize the importance of conviviality, fostered by first-rate “taste partners” starting with the Confraternity of Bìgoi at the Torcio of Limena, followed by Mazzucato Group, Birra Antoniana, Ciokkolatte, and the Scacco agricultural company.

The gastronomic village, of which they will be the protagonists, is open every day from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., on Saturday and Sunday also from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
