Sunday 8 December, at 5pm, second appointment of the organ cycle organized by the Friends of Music of Padua at the Church of S. Antonio Abate, at the Don Mazza College in Padua, for every Sunday in December. At the keyboard of the magnificent organ present in the church Edoardo Mari, with a very varied program full of new suggestions. We move from the music of Weckmann, a 17th century German musician, prolific composer of chorales, toccatas, cantatas and suites, to the music of the twentieth century with Arvo Pärt and Guy Bovet, and to contemporary music, with Jason Roberts and, finally, with a composition commissioned by the Friends of Music of Padua to the organist, harpsichordist and composer Carlo Leoni from Mantua.
