A mid-August festival celebrating the Assumption of the Virgin Mary into heaven in Christian tradition.

Prato della Valle, the large square formerly home to the Roman Zairo theater, will be the backdrop for the event.

On the large stage set up for the occasion, DJ sets from Radio Company will get the entire town dancing to the beat of the latest hits starting at 9:00 PM.

Special guests for the evening will be Benj & Fede and many others before the grand pyromusical show: an explosion of mesmerizing fireworks accompanied by a special soundtrack.

 The most anticipated moment has been specifically designed to ensure a spectacular display, but without explosions that frighten domestic and wild animals living in the city.

The displays are also designed to minimize dust emissions into the atmosphere. A great celebration for both tourists and Paduans remaining in the city.

Prato della Valle is one of the symbols of Padua, a large elliptical square, one of the largest in Europe.

It features a central green island, called Isola Memmia, in honor of the mayor who commissioned the work.

 It is surrounded by a canal adorned with a double plinth of numbered statues of famous figures from the past.

The layout draws inspiration from the great Venetian tradition of patrician gardens; here, for the first time, they were removed from private use and proposed as an urban planning and environmental improvement solution.
