Galileo Festival of Science and Innovation is a national reference platform and a privileged place for dialogue among large, medium, and small companies, research centers, institutions, and the world of academia.
For thirteen years, the event has aimed to promote and disseminate the culture of innovation and technology transfer, through the promotion of an event with great local, national, and international resonance, capable of particularly engaging the youth, the research world, and businesses, and building synergies between Italian universities, the world of education and scientific research, innovation centers, and companies.
Galileo Festival of Science and Innovation is a project promoted by NEM Nord-Est Multimedia, Il Mattino di Padova, the Municipality of Padua, the Cultural and Innovation Departments, and curated by Post Eventi.
The fourteenth edition will take place from Friday, May 8 to Sunday, May 10, 2026.
The finalist authors of the Galileo Literary Prize for Scientific Dissemination will present their works in Padua on Saturday, May 9, 2026, in Sala Rossini at Caffè Pedrocchi. The proclamation and award ceremony for the Galileo Literary Prize for Scientific Dissemination will be held on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Teatro Verdi in Padua.
