Proud to host the great protagonists of international jazz, the Padua festival is always looking for young talents who have not yet reached the attention of the general public. This is the case of the Turkish Hakan Başar: a very young pianist (just of age) and nothing short of phenomenal (as Chick Corea confirmed, whose enthusiastic opinion opened the doors to his international career).
The Başar trio tackles a repertoire of jazz classics, renewing their expressiveness in a vortex of rhythm and a dazzling interweaving of lines (on 2, Auditorium Centro Culturale Altinate/San Gaetano).
