The Province of Padua and the Provincial Equal Opportunities Advisor, in synergy with the Municipality of Padua and the University of Padua, promote a special evening dedicated to a theme that is both current and often surrounded by stereotypes: the relationship between women and money.
The appointment is for Tuesday, May 12 at 9.00 p.m. at the Teatro Verdi with the show “Nice to Meet You, Money!“, with free admission by reservation.
“Nice to Meet You, Money!”, a conference-show for an actress and an economist, featuring Antonella Questa and Azzurra Rinaldi, tackles with intelligence and lightness a theme often considered uncomfortable: the relationship between women and economic management. Indeed, cultural legacies persist today that associate money with a predominantly male sphere, fueling insecurities, feelings of guilt, and a sense of inadequacy in many women.
The show aims to break this taboo, offering new viewpoints and tools for reflection. Talking about money means talking about autonomy, freedom, and the possibility of choice: fundamental elements for genuine equality.
The collaboration between the Province, the Provincial Equal Opportunities Advisor, the Municipality, and the University represents a strong signal: gender equality is a challenge that requires shared commitment and coordinated actions. Events like this demonstrate how the territory can network to generate awareness and have an impact on the cultural level.
