The Sala della Gran Guardia in Padua will host, from 10 to 15 December, the exhibition ‘Spes’, with works by 45 artists: 26 painters, 3 sculptors, 13 poets and 3 performers of performing arts (presented on video).
The exhibition, curated by Marina Enrichi and Antonio Toninello, promoted by the Vecia Padova and Ucai associations with the collaboration of the Culture Department, celebrates the collaboration between the two associations, which began with the volume Omaggio a Padova Urbs Picta. The event is part of the journey towards the Jubilee 2025, inspired by the theme of hope as a Christian and human virtue. The exhibition aims to keep alive the cultural and artistic tradition of Padua, a Unesco World Heritage Site.
Inauguration: Tuesday 10 December 2024 at 5 p.m.
During the inauguration, art critics Enrica Feltracco and Massimiliano Sabbion will offer insights into the works.
