This year’s novelty is “THE HEROES OF MEDICINE the first Hospital of Padua, from Vesalius to Morgagni”, a new title dedicated to the Museum of Medicine and the ancient hospital of San Francesco Grande, specifically designed for the MusMe of Padua which aims to explain the importance that the Paduan hospital has had and still has in the history of world medicine, in connection with the University and the Botanical Garden. From a funny Doctor Balanzone who rants with a young medical student of the sixteenth century, we move on to the founder of the first hospital in Padua “San Francesco Grande”, Sibilia De Cetto.
