An itinerary that leads us through medieval palaces, ancient streets, and testimonies of the great lordship of the Carraresi. A path that intertwines culture, beauty, and historical memory, making Padua a unique city to experience step by step.

At the end of this route, we will take you to discover the church of Santa Maria dei Servi, which was built between 1372 and 1390 at the behest of Fina Buzzaccarini, wife of the Prince of Padua Francesco il Vecchio Da Carrara. The building arose on the ruins of the palace of Nicolò da Carrara, which was razed to the ground after the owner betrayed the lordship in 1327 by siding with the Scaligeri.

Subsequently entrusted by the Carraresi to the Servants of Mary, the church underwent significant embellishment in the 16th century, particularly by Bartolomeo da Campolongo, who built the porch towards the street in 1511.

A single visiting slot is scheduled to start at 3:30 PM.

The meeting is set for 3:00 PM in Piazza Duomo, and the visit lasts approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.

A contribution of € 12 (10 for members) is required per participant, and for children up to 12 years old, it is € 6.

Advance reservation is necessary, which can be made via WhatsApp message to our number +39 371 6890812
