In collaboration with the friends from the Association Nel Nome del Gattamelata, we have organized this evocative afternoon walk through the iconic locations of Padua, linked to the mysterious figure of Erasmo da Narni, known to everyone as Gattamelata.
A man of his time, Gattamelata, a famous condottiero in the service of the Republic of Venice, lived in a bloody era but possessed a sharp intelligence and far-sighted visions that led him to become one of the most important leaders of his time.
Often forgotten by history, he is still a complex political figure, worthy of attention and deeper study.
The walk will wind through the streets of central Padua among alleys, palaces, and squares.
Meeting point: 3:20 p.m. in the square of the cathedral.
Duration of the visit: about 1 hour and 30 minutes, comfortable footwear is recommended.
Contribution per participant: € 12 ( € 10 for members); for children up to 12 years old, € 6.
Advance booking is required, via WhatsApp message at 3716890812.
