Sotto le stelle del cinema (Under the stars of cinema) is back, the open-air film festival in the traditional ‘summer arena’ of the Piccolo Teatro in via Asolo (Paltana area) in Padua. The Piccolo Teatro Association with its two months of summer programming, from 3 July to 31 August, from Thursday to Sunday, will kick off the 2025/2026 season, which will culminate with the events celebrating the Piccolo Teatro’s 25th anniversary (31 January 2026).
The festival, as always, will take place in the courtyard of the Don Bosco Oratory, adjacent to the Piccolo’s large car park: it is a much-awaited open-air cinema festival, a feather in the city’s cap for the care of the spaces and every organizational detail, thanks to the commitment of the many volunteers, and this year it will also benefit from a contribution from the City of Padua.
Screenings will start at 9.30 p.m. (subject to actual darkness) and the ticket office will be open from 8.40 p.m. with prices as popular as always (full price €6.50, over 65s and students €5.50, associates and children €4.50).
