The Bano Foundation proposes, in the usual setting of Palazzo Zabarella, an exhibition with over one hundred works by artists belonging to the Macchiaioli movement.

The exhibition presents famous masterpieces and unpublished or unseen paintings by protagonists such as Silvestro Lega, Telemaco Signorini, Cristiano Banti, Giuseppe Abbati, Nino Costa, Serafino De Tivoli, Adriano Cecioni, Vincenzo Cabianca, Giovanni Fattori, Vito D’Ancona, Odoardo Borrani , Federico Zandomeneghi, Antonio Puccinelli, Giovanni Boldini, Raffaello Sernesi.

The exhibition, curated by Giuliano Matteucci and Fernando Mazzocca, is promoted by the Bano Foundation, the Municipality of Padua and the Matteucci Institute.

Opening hours

Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00;

Friday from 10:00 to 19:00;

Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00;

Sundays and holidays from 10:00 to 19:00.

Monday 7 December, 28 December, 4 January, from 10:00 to 18:00
Monday 5 April, from 10:00 to 19:00

Entrance

full ticket: 13 euro

reduced ticket 11 euro (for over 65 years, young people aged 18 to 25, people with disabilities or disabilities, members of the FAI, members of the Touring club Italia, holders of “Padova Card”, teachers and staff of the ‘University of Padua and the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice);

special reduced price of 9 euros (for children aged 6 to 17, students of the University of Padua and the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice);

free for children up to 5 years (not in school groups), accompanying persons of visitors with disabilities.
